Bury Winger Simon Whaley has signed for championship side Preston north End
The deal worth £300k to The Shakers, will also include a friendly between the sides at Gigg Lane during the summer and a 25% sell-on clause. the move will see Simon link up with former team mate and close friend David Nugent.
