Bury v Macclesfield

Bury have no fresh injury concerns for the visit of Macclesfield.Striker Andy Bishop is nearing full fitness and appeared from the bench in Saturday's 1-0 win at Bradford, but Danny Carlton (Achilles) is still out.

Macclesfield are likely to be without Paul Bolland after he had to be substituted in the 1-0 defeat by Shrewsbury at the weekend.

Midfield pair Ross Draper (hernia) and Hamza Bencherif (broken ankle) are both long-term absentees.
